How much protein do I need?

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup plain 5% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 15 grams unflavored casein protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar-free instant pudding
  • Optional toppings: mini vanilla wafers, shredded coconut, sliced banana, whipped cream

Directions

Step 1

For a thick smoothie bowl, measure out the yogurt while soft and freeze in an ice cube tray.

Step 2

In a heavy-duty blender, add yogurt, milk, casein protein powder, frozen banana, vanilla extract and pudding mix.

Step 3

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Top with optional toppings.
