How much protein do I need?

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas, roughly chopped
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder*
  • 1/2 cup 2% Milk
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan Chocolate, roughly chopped
  • Sprinkles, Optional if not Paleo or Vegan

    *We encourage you to try other proteins from milk in this recipe as well, simply substitute in place of the called-for protein. Please keep in mind that the nutritional analysis is based on the protein listed in the ingredient list.

Directions

Step 1

Place the roughly chopped bananas, whey protein and milk into a blender and blend until thick, smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Divide the smoothie between the 2 bowls and top with sliced strawberries, roasted peanuts, chocolate and optional sprinkles.
