Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder*
- 1 cup Boston cream pie-flavored Greek yogurt
- 1 serving sugar-free vanilla pudding snack pack
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice
- 1 graham cracker, crushed into fine pieces
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Reduced fat whipped topping, optional
- Chocolate curls, optional
*We encourage you to try other proteins from milk in this recipe as well, simply substitute in place of the called-for protein. Please keep in mind that the nutritional analysis is based on the protein listed in the ingredient list.
Directions
Step 1
In a blender, combine the milk, whey protein powder, yogurt, pudding and ice. Blend until smooth and pour equal amounts into 2 glasses
Step 2
Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the smoothies. Sprinkle the crushed graham cracker pieces on top.
Step 3
Garnish with whipped topping and/or chocolate curls, if desired.
