• 2 eggs
• 1 scoop milk protein concentrate*
• 6 tablespoons milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
*We encourage you to try other proteins from milk in this recipe as well, simply substitute in place of the called-for protein. Please keep in mind that the nutritional analysis is based on the protein listed in the ingredient list.
Combine the milk protein concentrate and the baking powder.
Whisk the eggs, vanilla and milk together and add to the dry ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.
Pour the batter (approx. 1/4 cup for each crepe) into the frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
