  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder*
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon natural nut butter
