How much protein do I need?


  • ½ cup whole oats
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 28 grams chocolate whey protein isolate
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon real maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

Step 1

Pour oats into a mason jar and set aside.

Step 2

In a shaker jar (or blender on low speed), combine milk, whey protein isolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until smooth and pour over the oats.

Step 3

Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Step 4

Before serving, warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 30-40 seconds until it’s pourable and drizzle on top of the oats.

Step 5

Garnish with a few chocolate chips, if desired, and enjoy!
