Preheat the oven to 375℉.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Add Greek yogurt to flour mixture and mix to combine.
Pour dough onto floured surface and knead until dough is smooth (about 15-20 turns).
Cut dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll out each piece and join at the ends to make a bagel shape.
Brush each bagel with egg wash and top with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 12-25 minutes and remove from oven.
Turn temperature up to 500℉ and add bagels back into oven for additional 3-5 minutes, until beautifully golden brown.
