Make the waffle batter. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and food coloring.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and allow mixture to sit and hydrate for 5-10 minutes.
While the waffle batter is hydrating, create the cream cheese glaze. Combine all ingredients together with a whisk. Set aside.
Pour 2/3 cup waffle batter onto a hot, greased waffle iron, and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes.
