How much protein do I need?

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup skim milk or milk alternative
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder*
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries or other frozen berries of choice
  • 2 tablespoons cherry juice concentrate
